Sofia the First: Story Theater App Reviews

My daughter was excited to do her own story, but she couldnt record it... Whats wrong? I dont know but it was a waste of money...

This app works great on my iPhone however it does not work on my iPad. My daughters favorite part of the app is recording her voice. She is unable to do this on the iPad and I have read that others have the same issue. So how about we fix it, ok?

I purchased the Halloween Pack and the halloween icon disappeared and there was no Halloween stuff built into the main app. Looks like other people are experiencing the same thing.

The sound on this app does not seem to work. I deleted and re-downloaded app but issue remains. Emailed app support and hoping for a solution.

I really love this game! There is SOOO much to do! One suggestion- I really like Mickey Mouse and his gang. Can you make one just like this but for Mickey Mouse? That would maKe me so happy!

After one day of play the sound has disappeared! We have tried everything to get it to work. Im really disappointed in this and so is my 4 year old.

Was working fine, but now we can no longer hear our voices on the playback puppet theatre mode. Love this app too, but have no idea how to fix?? Re-installed and nothing works. Bummed.

It used to be FUN! To read the story with all the characters moving and doing something... Now it is NOT.

Daughter loved this but after last update it no longer records her voice. Tried reinstalling but still doesnt work this was a great app and I loved to see her imagination shine through with the puppet theater. Please fix it!!!

Me and my daughter were playing this game and it was AMAZING!!! 1 day my daughter wanted to show me the tons of shows she had recorded previously, but when we went to saved shows... Everything was gone. My daughter was sure she had saved the shows. Shes really upset because she had spent 2 days recording the creative, (( and funny )) shows. She decided to never play it again after that because she knew the same thing would happen. Is this a bug? Or does it delete after a certain number of shows? If so, you should alert the players that it deletes after a number of preformences. Also you should be able to lock the shows that you wanted to keep. It really stinks that she spent so much time in her room recording. Then it just all deletes.

There are no instructions on how to play this game!

My kids 6 and 9 absolutely loved this app until the sound went away. They kept recording great shows but they all have no sound. Until this is fixed we will not play. If its not fixed soon we will be deleting this app. :(

My toddler has so much fun playing with the little puppet scene, and getting read to by SOFIA! So awesome! Its just like the books we own, only a way cooler animated version! Definitely worth my money! Baby is happy, so Im happy!

No sound. I downloaded four apps and only one worked. Does anyone know how to contact Disney for a refund? Not useful with no sound. Also, I tried to write a review earlier and because I only posted one star it immediately deleted the review. What a racket. Disney is not usually like that.

I just bought this app and the interactive sounds do not work! Im asking for a refund.
